Yakitori

After work the locals all goto to small bars by the tube stations. Probably only being able to sit between 9-15 people. The atmoshpere is really good in a Japanese kinda way. Yakitori is just awesome with some ‘Hoppy’ a mixture of barley wine and a chilled beer drink. Yakitori is not for the faint hearted as it is mostly strange meats and offle bbq’d (I love it). The best thing is that gaijin rarely goto these places, so when a Brit turns up everyone becomes your friend.
