GNNSJ Timeline poster

Coinciding with the Tercentenary Gurta Gaddi Celebrations, I was asked by the lovely people at Guru Nanak Nishkam Sewak Jatha temple of Birmingham to create a poster of Sikh History. The concept compares the entire history of Sikhism over a timeline that contrasts against the historical events that have were taking place in Europe and Asia. Whilst demonstrating the parallels between ‘United Nation’s Millennium Development Goals’ and the message of Guru Granth Sahib Ji.

The posters art direction coincides with the distinctive look and feel of the GNNSJ brand, which is followed through to the tone of voice and language, driving the brand personality through to all elements.
